Help on resizing pics to post

HI can any one tell me how to quickly resize my pics to post,know how to upload,but when i just attach from my pictures they come out massive,ralphteclaret resized last time(much appreciated)however have lots more to post.

I use Irfanview which you can normally download for free if you search for it...download pics from camera to pc then use Irfanview to edit the size before posting( resize it first then name it and save the image)..I generally select 500 pixels x 375 which is this sort of size...this was a pic I did for a bit of fun for an Irish website I'm involved with left to right Bray,Bohs,Cork,Derry,Drogheda,Dundalk,Galway,Shams,Sligo,St Pats

You can also get paint.net for free (it is a free program) from here.. http://www.getpaint.net/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I've used it for the past 4 years. Works great for resizing and also is a very strong paint program.
