Charity shop find.
I picked up a display edition today for a tenner from the Salvation Army. Included are what appears to be a 307 Torquay and a Middlesbrough 171. These little gems are still out there.

It's the first subbuteo purchase I've made for over a year. I'm supposed to be selling my collection but you can never let a decent buy go, it's in a collectors DNA.

That's a lovely find...still lots out there to find. Surprising what teams end up in these late 70's early 80's boxsets.
The strangest one I've had, if memory serves me right, was a PSG HW and late ref 123 Zombie placed in boxset...From an 'Antique' shop in Corsica of all places.
Laval and Monaco also seems to end up in French boxsets from that era frequently.

As you say Ian the late 70's early 80's box sets can throw up some interesting teams. When I was buying I always kept a look out for such sets. A bit like a Jamboree sweet bag from the same era you never know what's inside.
